TS series oil mist cleaner using centrifugal separation and efficient filter technology, under the function of fan, oil mist and waste gas is sucked into oil mist cleaner of machine, firstly through air register set, then went into the first level filter device, 20 μ m above oil mist particles removal, after that into centrifugal separation system, under powerful centrifugal force from high speed rotating impeller function, 3 μ m above oil mist particles removal from exhaust gases, backflow to oil pan and finally into efficient filter, lastly filter out 0.3μ m class oil mist by high efficiency particulate air filter. Oil mist and flue gas can be effectively collected, efficiency of 99% (DOP Method) above. TS series oil mist cleaner is an ideal equipment for oil mist and waste gas recycling treatment.
